Federation starship, Miranda-class heavy frigate, Starfleet registry NCC-1830. One of the original vessels of the Miranda-class, the Pacific was decommissioned and made the testbed for experimental weapon systems in the 2290s. The vessel was later destroyed in that role after being taken by terrorists. ("The Peacekeeper" [DC TOS vol.2 #49&50]).

Federation starship proposed during the 23rd century. This vessel's construction was cancelled, and it's registry was assigned to another vessel. (Technical Manual [Franz Joseph TOS]; Ships of the Star Fleet [Mastercom]). It's possible ships of these names were still built, of different classes and registry numbers. If built, this ship would have been Achernar-class, with the registry NCC-1755, according to the manuals.

Federation starship, Constitution-class heavy cruiser that was set upon by three Klingon cruisers on stardate 2901.1, but was rescued by the starship Enterprise. ("What Fools These Mortals Be..." [Gold Key TOS #53]).

Federation starship, second to bear the name. At one point, both Jean-Luc Picard and Ileen Maisel served on this vessel. Maisel used to complain about "never getting out of Earth's back yard." ("Intellivore" [Pocket TNG #45]).

Pava Ek'noor Aqaaba.
Cadet in the class of 2376 at Starfleet Academy. When Pava was a freshman cadet, she was assigned to the training group Omega Squadron, led by Cadet Matthew Decker, under the supervision of Commander Kyethn Zund. Pava is an Andorian, and has experienced how much of an outsider an alien can be alone on Earth and other planets. She once stayed on the Klingon Homeworld as an exchange student, where she met and fell in love with the Klingon military cadet Kovold. ("Prime Directives" [Marvel SA #1]; et al.). It is unclear how the Dominion War affected the graduation of the Omega Squad cadets, as the Starfleet Academy comic was cancelled. However, fellow Omega Squadder Nog ende up receiving a field commission a year prior to his scheduled graduation, and a promotion to lieutenant when he staffed the empty security and engineering positions on Deep Space Nine after the Dominion Accords.

Starfleet fightercraft based on Starbase 10, part of Oak Squadron. In a 2250s mission to Pojjan, this vessel was piloted by Greg Blake. ("Red Sector" [Pocket TNG #53]).

Deceased wife of Commodore Anson Peters. She had once been involved with Jean-Luc Picard, who states that she chose Peters over him. ("Honorbound" [DC TNG vol.2 #29]).
Peters, Anson.
Commodore in command of Starbase 126. In 2367, while on a hunting expedition on the Shardak homeworld, Peters accidentally killed the son of the Shardak prime minister. Peters then resigned his commission and took his son Bryant into hiding, due to Shardak law requiring vengeance on his son. The Shardak caught up with Anson and Bryant while they were aboard the starship Enterprise-D, where the situation was resolved. ("Honorbound" [DC TNG vol.2 #29]).

Son of Commodore Anson Peters. In 2367, while traveling aboard the starship Enterprise-D, a Shardak cluster attempted to execute Bryant in retaliation for the accidental death of the Shardak prime minister's son at the hands of Bryant's father. Bryant managed to escape thanks to the Enterprise-D crew. ("Honorbound" [DC TNG vol.2 #29]).

Phaetonians.
Sentient species from Phaeton, existing as energy fields of pure thought. The starship Icarus was specially outfitted to be crewed by Phaetonians in 2273 and sent on an extragalactic exploration mission, however the vessel was turned back at the galactic barrier when the psionic energy there caused the crew to go mad. Phaetonians once existed as humaniod entities, but evolved their minds free of their bodies. ("Eclipse of Reason" [Marvel TOS #12]).

Since Phlox had a knowledge of Klingon physiology, he assisted in treating Klaang, and accompanied him to Kronos aboard Enterprise NX-01. He agreed to remain aboard the ship as the vessel's surgeon. Phoenix.
Zefram Cochrane's first warp-drive test vessel, launched for the first time on April 4, 2063. The vessel's flight was tracked by a Vulcan prospector vessel in the Sol system, and chose to make contact with the peoples of Earth and inform them of the existence of other species. The Phoenix was launched atop a modified rocket originally designed to house a nuclear warhead. ("First Contact" [Movie #8]).

Romulan bird-of-prey. Commanded by T'Cel. The Phoenix participated in an experiment with a Klingon starship in 2267 to attempt to attract and study extragalactic parasites that periodically inhabit a sector of disputed space. ("Debt of Honor" [DC TOS Graphic Novel]).
